Penny Dryden - Commercial Director
Penny Dryden joins Valassis in September 2010 from CACI, a leading market solutions company where she held the position of Partner, responsible for the development of major bank and retail clients. Her work has included decision support solutions for the network planning of two major retail banks, and segmentation solutions for retailers to understand the differentiating characteristics of their online and offline customers.
During her time at CACI, Penny has held various senior roles, including Director of Financial Services when she led the rapid development of CACI’s financial market databases. Under her direction this service developed to include weekly benchmark reporting on mortgage applications, the establishment of a personal loans market database, and the delivery of all database outputs online through a secure internet browser.
Prior to CACI, Penny’s 35 year career has included management positions with major companies such as BMW and Duracell. In addition, she also set up and ran her own nursery school.
Penny brings to Valassis a wealth of commercial experience in developing high performing teams and solution selling, focused on delivering outstanding value and service to clients.
Outside of work, Penny is enjoying being a granny following the recent arrival of her grandson Freddy. She is also a keen property investor in the Highlands of Scotland.
