Our Offline (paper-based) reporting is a useful way for you to obtain the information you need and acts as a great top-line summary of how your campaigns are performing.
Our
standard monthly reporting is automatically included as part of our service when you become a customer of Valassis. It provides valuable information in the format of an electronic report book (erb) to help you understand what has happened with your campaigns over the previous few weeks.
You will be able to see:
- Redemptions by coupon code
- Redemptions by product code e.g. domestic, alcohol, household etc
- Coupon count and volume
- Break outs of the different types of promotions e.g. points, money off etc
- Brand code
- Description of the coupon
- Face value
- Cost breakdowns, including handling fees, postage, Valassis fees and VAT
