Depending on the level of information you need from your campaign, this could be in the form of a simple monthly report sent to you as part of your billing or you can generate your own simple reports on-demand with our OnLine campaign management system. Alternatively, if you need much more detailed bespoke reporting, our Insight team can help by pulling together the data for you to draw meaningful information from.

Retailer – how many redemptions per retailer, what is the overall proportion of coupons per retailer in each campaign, and how is your coupon helping drive consumers into the retailer’s business?
Store – use this to find out how individual stores have performed during your campaign and link that data back to other campaign factors, such as postal areas and even TV regions.
Consumer - who redeemed, when did they redeem and where they redeem? This insight can then be used to improve your targeting further, and therefore your effectiveness, of future coupon promotions.
