Review your own coupon historical data or UK market data to obtain average redemption estimates that meet your objectives and budgets. With the forecasting tool you can scenario plan different distribution media and face values to estimate likely redemptions.
Authorise Coupons
Use the authorisation form to complete marketing data for post campaign analysis. This is an essential stage in the process since it enables Valassis to plan reimbursement on your behalf and accurately report back redemption volumes to you on a coupon by coupon basis.
Budget Total Promotion Cost
The budgeting tool enables you to establish a budget for each coupon promotion, providing a simple summary of estimated costs. Here you will have the facility to input costs for creative, printing and distribution. The Valassis service fee agreed with your company for the barcoded scanning of coupons will be applied automatically, providing you with a total budget estimate for your promotion.
Allocate Multiple Coupons
You will need a Valassis coupon code and a barcode to print on your coupon for each coupon promotion that you set up. The coupon code allocation function will generate these details for you. It will issue you with a secure and unused Valassis code, plus a barcode number generated from the details entered. You will be able to allocate up to 50 barcodes at any one time.
Analyse and Report
This tool enables you to monitor the performance of each of your distributed coupons. As the coupons are redeemed and processed by Valassis, the information is updated daily and presented back to you. The data can be exported to Excel for further manipulation and inclusion in your own presentations and dashboards.
