Valassis have a team of experienced account managers who will ensure that your campaigns are planned, implemented and reviewed efficiently. We can offer advice on barcodes, design, co-ordinating suppliers, and financial management.
How we work
Valassis act as a broker between issuer and redeemer, reimbursing the redeemer on your behalf and invoicing you for any of your coupons that have been redeemed.
Once you become a Valassis client you will be assigned a unique account number and address to enable your independent traders to submit their coupons direct to us for payment. We also produce a code list to enable you to allocate campaign codes which should be printed onto the coupon or voucher.
Redemption reports and payment registers are available to all of our clients, which will allow you to assess the effectiveness of your campaign, compare against your previous campaigns and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of future activities.
Security
Your coupons will be processed in a high security environment with 24 hr security systems, including video surveillance cameras in all areas and security guards on site 24 hrs a day providing you with the added knowledge that we are doing our utmost to protect your money.
