Challenge
As a market leader with a range of loved brands, this manufacturer wanted to connect brand content with unique rewards available only to their engaged shoppers.
Strategy
We integrated Valassis promotions into a client-owned website which requires audiences to sign in to activate the promotions.
Solution
We worked with the client's technology team to integrate a Valassis promotion gallery within their site. Per user limits were set for each promotion to enable the client to offer larger discounts without the risk of them being over used. Each redemption is also connected to the registered user profile held by the client CRM team.
Result
The gallery is a cornerstone of the engagement strategy with over 30 promotions live and refreshed monthly. Shoppers activate 3 promotions each time on average showing increased engagement across the range whilst showing selective engagement.
